1. Using Vegardi

These Terms apply when you create an account or use the Vegardi app or the website vegardi.com. If you do not agree to them, please do not use Vegardi. Vegardi is not directed at children under 13.

2. Your account

You can sign up with an email address and a password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

3. What you can use Vegardi for

Vegardi is for personal gardening and plant care. You agree not to use it to harass others, distribute malware, or violate any law or third-party right.

4. Growing guidance

Plant Doctor, Garden Lens and the Gardi assistant give general growing guidance. It can be wrong, and it is not professional advice. Check it before you apply anything that could harm your plants, your animals or yourself.

5. Your content

We store and process the photos, notes and other content you add so that Vegardi can work, as our Privacy Policy describes. That includes sending photos to AI providers for analysis.

6. Paid features

Vegardi may offer optional paid features. If it does, you buy them through the App Store or Google Play, and the store's rules for billing, cancellation and refunds apply. Paid features may not be available in every version of the app.

7. Photo checkups on the website

When you upload a photo on vegardi.com, we keep it until you delete it with the deletion code we give you.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Settings and choose Delete account. We may suspend access for severe violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

When we publish a new version, the app shows it and asks you to accept it before you go on.

10. Company and governing law

This app and service are provided by Vegardi Inc., a company with its registered address at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard, STE 4100, Miami, FL 33131, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you and Vegardi Inc. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute arising out of them.
